Direct Support Professional
To provide support to individuals in a respectful manner in accordance with their individualized support plans. To ensure the individuals’ needs, preferences, and personal outcomes are met. To work in accordance with the agency mission statement.

We are currently hiring per-diems to work in residential settings.

Previous experience in behavioral programs and DDS Medication Certification preferred.

Housekeeping, documentation and supporting residents in all areas of daily living.
Knowledge of DDS regulations and experience in working with people with cognitive/ developmental disabilities.

High School Diploma, CT driver’s license, own car and proof of insurance. DDS Medication Certification preferred.



Amanda Clair

Program Manager/Group Home Manager
To enhance the lives of the individuals we support and to oversee and manage individual’s supports in a way that is safe, respectful, and encourages individual growth and independence.

This position includes the supervision of staff and requires carrying an on-call cell phone 7 days a week. Knowledge of DDS regulations and management experience in the human service field required. BA/BS preferred.

Full time, 40 hours per week. 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Some flexing of hours and days required.
