A New Way is hosting their annual variety show for 2019 and this year’s theme is We Love The 80’s. It will be held at the Plantsville Congregational Church on Sunday, June 2nd from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

The individuals in the self-advocacy group choose the theme of the show, the songs, the dances, and more. They handle the entire production which includes backstage help, props, stage management, music, etc.  They work tirelessly to create this show and they practice every week so they can put on a fantastic production for their audience.

Family, friends and all community members are welcome. Tickets will go on sale in May, so save the date and check back soon.

This variety show is fully funded through donations and we are always in need of costumes and props. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Sandy Amato, CEO at The Arc of Southington. The show is also filmed every year by Hollywood East Productions in Meriden. Marcus Hamilton, the President, volunteers his time for every show and ensures that DVD’s are available to order soon after.
